Save the date for our OrangeEpisode #7 Engage your employees with online dialogues

September 17, 2019

All large enterprises understand the importance of engaged and proud employees, but many are struggling to keep the workforce engaged.

An engaged workforce is more productive, more client focused, more willing to change and innovate, and will have a positive effect on attracting talent.

The concept of online dialogues is a very potent instrument to engage employees with the company and its leadership. Although the concept is simple - ask your employees an engaging question - it takes skill and persistence to execute such online dialogues well with the required and sustainable effects.

OrangeTrail will organise a networking event about engaging employees with online dialogues. Jaap Linssen will introduce success criteria for running dialogues. Dennis Agusi, Director Communication Channels at Royal Philips will share his experience running an engaging dialogue on Yammer and share the resulting video

OrangeEpisodes will take place on October 29th at 4PM in our Auditorium in Amsterdam. The presentations will be concluded by a networking session, where you get to connect and talk over Pizza & Beers.

Who is the audience of the OrangeEpisodes? These sessions are aimed at leaders, communications and HR professionals responsible for increasing employee engagement, or the owners of internal social platforms interested in making online dialogues work on their platform.

In our last OrangeEpisodes we had participants from: FrieslandCampina, HEINEKEN, NN Group, ING, JDE, SHV, Action, AkzoNobel, Cargil, IKEA, Signify, Wavin, Woonzorg, etc.
