We are currently recruiting for two roles: consultant and social media project manager.
Consultant – Is this you?
I recently graduated, having completed my business degree, and am now looking for my first real employment opportunity, other than the internships I’ve done. I want to gain some wide ranging practical experience in all aspects of business, partly because I know this is the best way to learn, partly because I have a feeling I’ll one day start my own business. This feeling comes from my internship at a Big Corporate BV where I learned a lot but was also struck by the many opportunities to improve collaboration. Maybe working for a small, fast moving company is more my thing. Ideally I’d like to work for a company where I’m valued, I’m more than just a number, and can take part in shaping my and the companies future.
In terms of my interests I’m active in a number of online communities. It’s not just the subject that interests me but also the dynamics of the way people interact in the community. I know social media has a lot to offer the world of work, you could say it’s my passion. It’d be great to be able to continue this passion at work.
Social Media Project Manager – Is this you?
I’ve worked hard for the last 5 years but have reached the stage where I need a new challenge. I’ve always had a keen eye on improving things for the company and seizing opportunities. For the past year or so I’ve been focussing more and more on social media and can see the benefits its use brings to my area of expertise and my industry. I’m looking to move jobs to give me more control over what I do and to apply my skills in a different field. I’m good at taking responsibility and have been chosen to work on some cool projects. I guess it’s these cool projects that really make my current job worthwhile and I’ve realised that I just need to find an opportunity to do lots more of these projects. I’ve developed a good network, both in my current company and professionally, outside it. I’m looking for an opportunity that gives me more control over and one in which I can influence the outcome more.
We like self-starter, all-rounders who are able to ask great questions and work on their own initiative. Keen, perceptive, lively and entrepreneurial are all important components of an ideal candidate. We pay pretty well and offer a great working environment, attitude and culture.
